These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the My Memories Travel Agency website and your requests for travel-planning services. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. Additional written terms may apply to a specific quote, itinerary, payment, or booking.
Travel-Planning Inquiries
Submitting the Plan My Trip form begins a conversation and does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, or obligate you to purchase travel. A booking is not confirmed until all required traveler information, approvals, and payments have been received and written confirmation has been provided.
Quotes, Prices, and Availability
Travel prices, promotions, schedules, accommodations, and availability may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Quotes may be subject to expiration dates, supplier restrictions, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, currency changes, or other conditions disclosed with the quote. Any applicable professional planning or service fee will be disclosed before payment is requested.
Traveler Information and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate traveler names, birth dates, contact details, and other requested information
- Reviewing every quote, itinerary, invoice, and confirmation promptly and reporting errors
- Ensuring that traveler names match passports or other required identification
- Obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, health documentation, permissions, and other entry or transit requirements
- Arriving on time and following the rules, policies, and instructions of travel suppliers and government authorities
- Informing us about accessibility needs or special requests early enough for appropriate arrangements to be requested
Entry, health, and documentation requirements can change. Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before departure.
Payments
Deposits, final-payment dates, accepted payment methods, and payment schedules are determined by the applicable travel supplier or disclosed booking terms. Failure to make a required payment on time may result in cancellation. You authorize payments only when you approve the applicable price and terms.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellations and changes are subject to the policies of the airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, tour operator, insurer, or other supplier involved. Penalties or nonrefundable amounts may apply. Any agency planning or service fee disclosed as nonrefundable will remain nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. Refund timing and eligibility are controlled by the applicable supplier's terms.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended because unexpected events may affect a trip. Coverage, exclusions, limitations, and claim decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider. It is your responsibility to review the policy and decide whether the coverage meets your needs.
Third-Party Travel Suppliers
My Memories Travel Agency helps arrange services provided by independent third parties, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, and insurers. These suppliers control their own operations and apply their own contracts, policies, schedules, and restrictions.
To the extent permitted by law, My Memories Travel Agency is not responsible for a supplier's acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, service failures, insolvency, or other events outside the agency's reasonable control.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Travel may be affected by weather, natural disasters, illness, public-health events, labor actions, government decisions, security events, mechanical problems, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible, but additional costs or supplier penalties may apply.
Website Information
We work to keep website information accurate and current, but destination descriptions, photographs, prices, schedules, and other information are provided for general planning and inspiration. They are not a guarantee of availability, features, conditions, or final price.
Acceptable Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business travel-planning purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, submit fraudulent information, introduce harmful code, collect information about other visitors, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Intellectual Property
